This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from clearwithin.com (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect 
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

How do we use your personal information? 
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


Sharing you personal Information 
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Do not track 
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data retention 
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes 
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Minors 
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Clear 60 Mobile App

This section applies specifically to the Clear60 mobile application
("App"), available on iOS.


INFORMATION WE COLLECT IN THE APP

When you create an account or use the App, we collect:

- Account information — your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Progress photos (face/skin images) — selfies you take with the camera
  in the App to track skin changes over 60 days. These typically include
  your face and skin.
- Challenge data — your current day, daily rule completions, skin-score
  ratings, milestone badges, and challenge history.
- Subscription status — whether you hold an active Clear60 subscription,
  managed through Apple's in-app purchase system via RevenueCat.
- Push notification tokens — only if you grant permission, used to send
  optional daily reminders.
- Reminder preferences — the daily reminder times you choose.
- Diagnostic data — basic crash and error logs (via Sentry) to help us
  fix issues.


PROGRESS PHOTOS AND FACE DATA

Your progress photos are selfies that typically include your face and
skin. Clear60 uses them solely to let you visually track your own
skin-care progress over time. Clear60 does not use facial recognition,
face mapping, face geometry, or any biometric technology, and we do not
create biometric identifiers or face templates from your photos. Your
photos are never analyzed to identify you, never used for advertising,
and never used to train AI models.


HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION

- Create and maintain your account.
- Track and display your 60-day challenge progress.
- Store your progress photos so you can compare them over time.
- Process and verify your subscription through Apple and RevenueCat.
- Send daily reminder notifications (only if you opt in).
- Generate personalized milestone messages (see "Anthropic" below).
- Improve the App and diagnose technical issues.

We do not use your progress photos or challenge data for advertising,
and we do not sell your information to third parties.


SHARING

We share limited App information with the following third parties:

- Apple — processes all in-app purchases.

- Supabase — our cloud database and storage provider; stores your account
  data, challenge data, and progress photos.

We may also share information when required by law.


PHOTO STORAGE AND RETENTION

Progress photos are stored securely and are accessible only to you
through your account. We retain your photos and data while your account
is active. If you delete your account (via Settings > Delete Account in
the App), all photos and associated challenge data are permanently and
irreversibly deleted within 30 days. We do not retain copies after
deletion.


SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Clear60 is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription (the current
price is shown on the subscription screen in the App). Payment is charged
to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically
renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current
billing period, and your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before
renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in
Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device. Refunds for partial
billing periods are not provided; billing and refund requests are handled
by Apple.


HEALTH AND WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

Clear60 is a personal habit tracker designed to support a consistent
skincare routine. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical
advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results vary. Always consult a qualified
dermatologist or healthcare professional for skin concerns.


MINORS

The Clear60 App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do
not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.


DATA DELETION REQUESTS

To request deletion of your Clear60 account and all associated data, you
may either:

- Use the Delete Account option in the App under Settings, or
- Email us at hello@clearwithin.com with the subject line
  "Account Deletion Request".
